We love this question. Our origin story is one we're proud of, and we're always excited to share it. It starts with two names, a Hawaiian word, and a lot of heart.
THE NAME
A Blend of Two Names.
The inspiration behind the name Sea Olive is a story close to our hearts. It's a unique and compelling blend of the Hawaiian word "Kai," meaning sea, and "Olivia," derived from the Latin "oliva," meaning olive.
These names are especially meaningful to us, as they are the names of our founder's beloved son and daughter. Our name embodies our unwavering commitment to creativity and innovation, which we strive to live by every day.
